Materials you need

Primary materials:

1. Glutathione powder vial:

   • Most glutathione injectables include additional ampules of booster nutrients, such as Vitamin C, collagen, or other skin-enhancing compounds. These ampules should be mixed as instructed.

   • Injection tools:

     
   • 10 mL syringe (for IV Push): One syringe per vial of glutathione powder.
     
     
   • Butterfly I.V. set (23- or 25-gauge) (for IV Push): For connecting the syringe to the vein.
     
   • Macroset and cannula (for IV Drip): For infusion.
     
     
     

2. Sterile water or saline solution:
   

   • 5 mL sterile water for IV Push.

• • At least 50 mL Normal Saline Solution (NSS) for IV Drip. Do not use sterile water for irrigation.
    

  • Optional: Vitamin C injectable or oral supplements: Enhances glutathione’s effects. If injectable Vitamin C is unavailable, take 500–1000 mg Vitamin C tablets twice daily.

• Perform a skin test:
  • If you’re a first-time user, test for allergies by consulting your healthcare provider.

How often should I administer glutathione?

• IV Push: Twice a week for whitening.
• IV Drip: Once a week for whitening.
• Maintenance dose: Once every two weeks after achieving desired results.

Administration methods

1. Intravenous Push (IV Push)

1. Drink plenty of water 1–2 hours before the session.
2. Dilute 1 vial of glutathione powder with 5–10 mL sterile water.
3. Mix the booster ampules (if included) into the solution.
4. Connect the syringe to the butterfly catheter, prime the tubing, and remove air bubbles.
5. Sanitize the venipuncture site. Administer slowly over 15–20 minutes.

2. Intravenous Infusion Drip (IV Drip)

1. Drink plenty of water 1–2 hours before the session.
2. Mix 1 vial of glutathione powder and any booster ampules with at least 50 mL Normal Saline Solution (NSS).
3. Infuse the solution over 45–60 minutes using a macroset and cannula.

3. Intramuscular Injection (IM)

1. Use the same preparation method as IV Push.
2. Substitute with a gluteal (buttocks) intramuscular injection using a 2 mL syringe.
3. Mix 2 mL of glutathione powder with 2 mL sterile water.
4. Note: IM administration may cause tenderness and swelling.

4. Sublingual Administration

1. Prepare the solution as for injection.
2. Withdraw 1/4 of the solution and squirt it under your tongue.
3. Hold for 5 minutes, then swallow.
4. Repeat morning and evening for 2 days, followed by a 1-day break. Refrigerate unused solution between doses.

Aftercare

• Bruising: Use a cold pack for 10–20 minutes to reduce swelling.
• Pain relief: Over-the-counter pain medications like acetaminophen (paracetamol) can help with mild discomfort.
• Resume activities: Glutathione injections require no downtime, so you can return to daily tasks immediately.
