We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and attentive customer support. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order, as all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Returns
CINDYRELLA does not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products and our shipping process, all purchases are final once placed. We do not accept items sent back to us unless we have explicitly requested a return due to a product issue.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) situations where the package is delayed, returned by customs, refused by the recipient, or where the recipient fails to provide necessary customs or importation documentation.
If a package is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will be required to cover the new shipping fee. We do not refund the original order or the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or change of mind. If you received the wrong item or your product is damaged, please email admin@cindyrellamagical.com with photos or from date it was received. Our team will review the issue and let you know what options are available.
International Orders & Customs
For overseas orders, a waybill will be provided so you can track your shipment. However, once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays, customs processing, or any fees or duties imposed by your local government.
It is the recipient's responsibility to provide all required customs or import documents. Failure to do so may result in the package being delayed or returned. In these cases, we will not issue a refund, but we can resend the item after you pay the shipping cost again.
Video Recording for Disputes
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing and inspecting your order. If there is an issue with your delivery, this video may be required to support your claim. You can email any video or photo evidence to our support team.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or any customs issue, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again if you wish to have the item resent.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once your order has been handed over to the courier.
